COVID-19

FSM Physiotherapy is still open for business. We continue to screen our clients and ask that anyone who has any symptoms of COVID-19 not come into the clinic. We continue to disinfect surfaces and equipment between each client. We do still offer virtual appointments; if you would prefer this form of service delivery please use our contact form or call us to discuss/set up this service. If you would like to set up a face to face appointment please click on one of the 'BOOK NOW' buttons to be redirected to our online booking page.

Coverage Options

Extended Health Care Benefits
Most people’s extended health care benefits cover physiotherapy to some degree. We can direct bill the following insurance companies: Blue Cross, Greenshield and Canada Life. We also provide you with a receipt which contains all information required for submission and reimbursement according to the specifics of your plan coverage.

Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA)
If you have been in a recent motor vehicle accident and suffered an injury, you will be entitled to treatment for that injury, at the expense of your auto insurer. A personal injury claim will not effect your insurance premiums. We can assist you in submission of the required AB forms and once the claim is approved, we will directly bill your auto insurance company. Amounts billed to insurers are slightly higher than our regular rates to account for the administrative time taken to invoice and process payment from insurance companies.

Worker’s Compensation Board
We currently do not have a contract with WCB. If you still chose to come to our clinic, you would need to pay for your session and seek reimbursement from WCB directly.

Alberta Health
Unfortunately, FSM Physiotherapy does not have the Alberta Health contract to offer post surgical and post fracture physiotherapy services.
